Wawawax Return Policy

 

Please review our exchange policies below for purchases:

 

  1. a) For any reason should you wish to exchange your purchased item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to exchange your order.
  2. b) Items can only be exchanged if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged made by the recipient.
  3. c) Items must be in the original condition with undamaged boxes (if any).
  4. d) You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.
  5. e) For all orders with missing, defective, or the wrong items, email us again at cswawawaxhq@gmail.com OR you can WhatsApp us at 016-559 4154 (Sunday-Thursday, 9 am-5 pm only) with your order id eg: (#123456) using subject header “Missing, Defect & Wrong”

RETURN PROCEDURES

 

Returns by Mail

 

  • Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent loss.
  • Send the return item to :

  • Once our team has received, inspected, and accepted the returned item(s) our customer service will have it processed for exchange of products.
  • Our working hours are on Sunday-Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm except for Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied to on the next working day. Rest assured any inquiries will be answered.

Wawawax Delivery Charge

 

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until the item reaches our store.



Cancellation by Customers (Non-Faulty Products)

 

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Marketing Team at +60165594154. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once the order has been dispatched, it may not be canceled and the item must be returned to the company according to the guidelines provided by the Marketing Team (please call the above-stated number).



Cancellation by Customers (Faulty Products)

 

  • All product descriptions, information, and materials posted on the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties expressed, implied, or otherwise howsoever arising.
  • The product image as seen on the site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.
  • If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Marketing Team and provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for return for a replacement.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement via email as soon as possible.
  • In the event, the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair or replace the product, and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
